SALON POLICIES
APPOINTMENTS
We accept walk-ins and same day appointments as available. However, we recommend scheduling an appointment using our easy online booking system as we are often times booked .
We are moving away from scheduling appointments over the phone. If you have trouble scheduling online, please leave us a voicemail or text at (630) 234-9221 and we will get back to you within 48 hours. All appointments and private parties are confirmed with a credit card.
NAIL ART & ADD ONS
If nail art, french & other add ons are not previously booked, we may not be able to service it if we are fully booked. Please make sure to add it on when booking. Feel free to email/text us any inspirations pics!
CANCELLATIONS
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us provide quality and full services in a relaxed environment. Your card will be charged 50% of the service price if appointments are not canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
ARRIVAL
Arrive 3-5 minutes early to allow yourself extra time to unwind, wash your hands(if you are getting a manicure service) & choose a color.
LATE POLICY
If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate your service. Services may be reduced in duration and adapted to the time remaining if the schedule does not allow for a full service. The full amount of the service will be charged.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We hold the right to refuse service if you have a nail condition that we suspect may be contagious or if treatment may worsen the condition, if you have an open or infected wound on the treatment area, if you are in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our service. Our salon staff also has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, rude, intoxicated or if our staff are being made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected.
LAST APPOINTMENT
Our last service appointment will be taken no later than 30 minutes before close.

Prices and service availability are subject to change without notice. In the event Paintbox + Nails adjusts price, we will do our best to make our clients aware. Find our most current pricing listed on our website.

Our team is grateful for your gratuities. Some of our team members accept Zelle. Please inquire.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
Although we do not offer refunds, we guarantee regular polish & Green Flash for 3 days, Gel & Extensions for 7 days & Dip for 5 days. We don’t expect any chips or lifting to occur prior to these timeframes & guarantee a no-charge repair in the event of such occurrences. However, nail chipping or lifting can occur for many different reasons: Individual nail types, oily nails, longer than average nails, lifestyle, etc. In the event of premature lifting or chipping, book a “Nail Repair” online & add “last appointment date and $0” in the notes & our team will take care of it. The date the repair is booked should fall within timeframes above. The actual date of repair should fall no later than 5 days after booking date.
